1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your ApprovalDesk subscription at any time by:

Contacting support at [email protected]
Once Razorpay integration is active, through your Billing dashboard

2. What Happens When You Cancel

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles
Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted
You can re-activate your account within 30 days to restore your data

3. Data Export

Before cancelling, you may export your project data, assets, and review history from the Dashboard settings. We recommend doing this before cancelling.

4. Platform-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your account if you violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the unused subscription period.
