Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refunds for ApprovalDesk subscriptions processed through Razorpay, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Razorpay's payment policies.

1. Refund Eligibility

Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you have not used the Platform beyond initial setup
Technical Issues: If the Platform was unavailable for more than 24 continuous hours due to our fault, a pro-rated refund may be issued
Duplicate Payments: Full refund if a duplicate charge was made due to a payment processing error

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Subscriptions after the 7-day window (unless covered by technical issue policy)
Partial months or unused subscription periods
Add-on services or one-time purchases
Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

Your registered email address
Razorpay Payment ID
Reason for refund request

We will process valid refund requests within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing time may vary based on your bank (typically 5-10 business days after we initiate).
